The artist Thomas Håkki Eriksson has been on a pilgrimage from Sundsvall, Sweden to Trondheim, Norway. The art project ”Pilgrim” conserns themes as travelleing and meetings with the unknown.
Thomas Håkki Eriksson stopped at eight places along the way, where he interviewed people about their prejudices and impressions of people in the neighbouring places. The results from the pilgrimage is presented as eight postcards in large scale format at Trondeim train station. The postcards are also handed out for free at the station.
The postcards show calssical snapshots from the eight places with statements about the people living there; such as ”wife-beaters” ”idiots” and ”farmers”.
