The Norwegian National Cook Team stopped at the Flytog terminal at Oslo S before they went to Singapore to compete in the Singapore Culinary Challenge.

 

Passengers at Oslo S got the opportunity to see the national team work and in addition taste food that had been prepared by the world’s best cooks. The menu was Asia street food based on Norwegian raw materials
The Norwegian National Cook Team won the prestigious Lion Trophy in the Singapore Culinary Challenge.

The project was produced in collaboration with Norges Kokkemesteres Landsforening and Rom for kunst by Kulturbyrået Mesén.
